•Conducted extensive review for a Middle East corporation resulting in assignment to implement recommendations, realising £1.4m savings; retained on further assignment advising on FM operating models, including technical and financial asset management systems.

•Overhauled business operations on behalf of Granada Holdings, delivering 10% reduction in facilities and operations spend.

•Devised a 3-year operations strategy to support a rapidly growing housing trust, including operating procedures redesign, property refurbishment and contract renegotiations; delivered £220k cost savings and later public authority building contract wins.

Looking at the interactions between operations, facilities and all departments from opening the doors in the morning to closing them at night. Process mapping reduces waste and gives a clear understanding of who, when, why and how things are done.

Art Handling and Risk Assessments:

Preferred Risk Assessor and art handling project manager for the Royal & Sun Alliance insurance group Dubai. Project management, all aspects of risk assessments carried out, logistics, storage, handling, installation, crowd management and security protocols revision.
